High up in the pine-clad hills above Olympos (13km) and Çıralı (10km) is the hamlet of Ulupınar which lives for its half-dozen trout restaurants dotted about streams and waterfalls.
The longest lived of the restaurants is the Havuzbaşı Şelale Restaurant (Tel: 0242-825 0025) built in and around the remains of an old flourmill, now restored.
